Throwing Pots: If It’s Not Fun, Why Bother?

In this workshop students will learn the fundamentals of wheel thrown pottery. During class you will also work through technical issues that could impede your creative process. There will be guided exercises and participants will receive personalized attention. Works that have been properly dried will be bisque fired. Open to all skill levels.
COURSE FEE: $600
Brett Beasley has taught Ceramics classes ranging from formal academia to community cultural centers. He earned his BFA from the University of Florida and an MFA in Ceramics from East Carolina University. He has been an active member of the National Council on Education for the Ceramic Arts (NCECA) since 2011. Beasley exhibits his artwork at both the national and regional level.
