August 5, 2018 – August 11, 2018
In this workshop students learn ways to add color and pizzazz while mixing their own colored slips. You will discover mixing slips, making color choices, and exploring application techniques, while learning about sgraffito, slip trail, stencil, layering and blending colors without an airbrush. Demonstrations and studio time provide opportunities for participants to practice all the possibilities. If time permits, glazing in an electric kiln and a salt-glaze kiln will be covered. Open to all skill levels.
COURSE FEE: $525
