Workshop Description

This hands-on workshop will focus primarily on making and decorating functional pottery on molds, and creating the molds themselves. We will learn to make clay bisque molds, both out of slabs, as well as thrown on the wheel. Molds offer a great way to create repetition and consistency in one’s work. Surface development will be demonstrated with stamping, rolling, stretching, and underglaze application. Open to all levels.
