Joshua Almond is a sculptor living and working in Orange County, California. Josh works primarily in wood to create sculptural forms that explore ideas about beauty and the sublime, the body as landscape, and environmental melancholia. Josh received his BA from Rhodes College, and his MFA from the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts: School of Art at Arizona State University. He most recently served as the Associate Professor of Art in Sculpture (Tenured) at Rollins College, FL.
