Focus on drawing and translating sketches to clay surfaces with ceramic underglazes. We start by making small clay slabs; discuss imagery, content, and surface design; and finish with fully decorated slabs. A variety of techniques will be demonstrated for students to implement in their own projects.
*Pieces will be fired by Arrowmont staff and available for pickup at a later date.
