Kitchen knives are an important tool that we interact with almost daily, but it can be easy to neglect them. They are sharp enough to cut through almost anything when new but they don’t stay that sharp for long. Instead of replacing them, they just need some attention! This one-day crash-course on kitchen knife care will give you the tools and knowledge to sharpen your kitchen knives and keep ’em sharp.
