Make a jig for small scale wood bending. We discuss ways you can bend your wood without steaming each strip, and the benefits of using open grain wood for this process. Each student learns how to safely use the table saw while creating their own jig to make their desired bend. Each student leaves with at least one wood bending jig and one bent piece of wood they’ve manipulated.
