The Turner Complex, Arrowmont's main educational facility, was designed by late architect Hubert Bebb of Chicago and completed in 1970. Bebb is noted for his distinguished designs of many prominent buildings in East Tennessee including sites in Gatlinburg, Sevier County and Knoxville.
Five studios, the Book & Art Supply Store, administrative offices, auditorium, Marian G. Heard Resource Center, and the Sandra J. Blain Galleries are located in this building.
